  • Our fees vary depending on length of consultation, doctor seen and any procedures that may be performed. Please contact our friendly team to discuss further.

  • Unfortunately we are not able to bulk bill owing to low medicare rebates. We do offer reduced rates for pensioners and concession card holders (with a valid card), please speak to our friendly team for further details.

  • Yes we offer telehealth for review appointments. We do not offer telehealth for first appointments. Fees are the same for telehealth as in-person appointments.

  • We use the telehealth platform doxy.me. We will send you a link to your mobile phone or email at the time of your appointment. If you are having technical issues please call us.

  • Wait times vary between the doctors. Generally there is a wait time of a few months to see our rheumatologists owing to a shortage in Australia. We are always happy to see urgent referrals if your referring doctor calls us to discuss further.

  • Yes you will need a referral from a registered doctor to be eligible for a medicare rebate. Referrals can be sent to us prior to your appointment or brought in on the day of appointment. You might need an updated referral over time if you need long-term care, depending on the length of referral from your doctor.

  • We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment before 24 hours if you are unable to attend. A cancellation fee may be applicable if you cancel within 24 hours.

  • If you are sick we kindly ask you to stay away until you are better. You can either change your appointment to telehealth (not available for 1st appointment) or reschedule your appointment without any penalties.

  • Unfortunately we do not accept referrals for TAC or WorkCover except in very limited circumstances.

  • We accept EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. We do accept cash though it is not preferred. We do not accept AMEX or other forms of payment (eg. Bitcoin). Accounts are to be settled on day of appointment.

  • 1. Your referral letter

    2. Scans (MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, DEXA etc.)

    3. Blood Tests

    4. Any other relevant tests

    5. Medication Lists

    6. Medicare Card

    7. Private Health, Pension, or DVA cards as applicable

    8. Comfortable clothes to be examined in (if relevant)

  • Unfortunately private health does not cover specialist consultation appointments.
